WELCOME

I married my childhood sweetheart at an early age, and like many, planned on the "happily ever after".  When Francisco unexpectedly passed away, I suffered a devastating culture shock as my life suddenly shifted from being a wife and mother to a single mom with three children to raise on my own.
Abruptly faced with only two options; either I "Do" or "Die" and dying was certainly not an option for the type of person I am. 

I chose to Do! 

Approximately one year to the day of his passing, I packed up my children, left all we had known in the great state of New York, and headed for sunny Florida to start our new life. I was not expecting things to be easy, and easy they were not.

Coming from an entrepreneurial family-owned business, I ventured out into the "corporate world" in search of a secure and stable career to ensure I could provide my children a roof over their heads, food in their bellies, and as much of me as possible to adjust to our new normal.  At this time, all aspirations of attaining a higher education were put on hold.
My children came first. 

Without a degree, I worked my way to senior-level leadership and management within the four organizations I had the pleasure of serving; both domestically and abroad.

It has been 28 years since I started my new life's journey, and one vital lesson I've carried from childhood is, hard work and perseverance will always result in great reward.

My story is not too different from many other men and women who have suffered a major blow from life and had to bounce back better and stronger for themselves and their loved ones.

Once life became more stable for me and my children, I returned to school and attained my Master's Degree, as well as various industry certifications.
My passion for learning, teaching, training, and coaching has grown tremendously. And now as the CEO of InspiringYOU! I have an extraordinary sense of joy and find myself driven to help others be successful! 

I thrive in the opportunity, every day, to leverage my entrepreneurial roots and use what has made me successful to help others grow, both professionally and personally.
