I put the “P” in Pivot—because reinvention isn’t a trend. It’s my testimony.

I started as an entrepreneur, running my own hair business and helping people feel their best from the inside out. But life had other plans. When I became a widowed mother of three overnight, I packed up my children, left New York, and rebuilt our lives from scratch in Florida—no degree, no connections, just grit and faith.

I rose through the ranks in Corporate America, leading global teams without a formal degree—then went back and earned my Master’s, over 20 certifications, and completed doctoral-level coursework in Human & Organizational Psychology.

Now I’m the CEO of InspiringYOU! Enterprises, where I teach, coach, and develop people and organizations ready to rise.
This isn’t theory—this is lived experience turned leadership power.
